Bled–Bohinj–Stara Fužina

The first stop on our tour will be Bled Castle. After enjoying the view and seeing the museum collection, we will try a “kremšnita”, a type of traditional Bled flaky pastry made with vanilla and whipped cream. A “pletna” (a traditional boat) will take us over to Bled Island; ringing the bell in the island church will make your wish come true. We will continue to Bohinj, stop at the church of St. John, and visit the Alpine dairy museum in Stara Fužina.

Then a short 25-minute walk will take us from the Savica Mountain Hut to the magical Savica falls. We will end the tour with a late lunch.Prešeren Square. From here it is also possible to catch a boat on the Ljubljanica river.
